PAYMENT POLICY

These terms below apply to any and all mural/public art contracts or other painting commissions to ensure that my time is respected. Please note I do not take on any projects without this policy, and it will be included on every contract.

  • To start the booking process, a mandatory non-refundable deposit of 50% or set fee* (specified by Artist in Quote & Proposal document) is due upfront to secure the booking.

  • We cannot book the mural, commission, or creative project until the deposit is paid. This means that the prospective project dates are not blocked off until payment is completed.

  • Remaining balance is due on the day the work is completed. All invoices will be sent the day of booking. Please send these for processing as you receive them, to avoid any payment delays and late fees.

  • You can also pay the entire remaining fee in advance or during the project.

  • Payments made after 1 week (7 calendar days) of the completed work are subject to a 10% late fee per month / 2.5% per week.

    *If the contract or commission is over a long time period, we will create a payment plan based on project milestones.
